I am so incredibly ecstatic to announce that I will be playing Division 1 soccer at Harvard University. While I never imagined I would end up on the other side of the country, the coaches and team instantly made me feel like a part of their family, and I knew Harvard was the right place for me. Also, the academic prestige Harvard has to offer will allow me to pursue my dream of studying pre-med and entering the medical field. Being a part of the San Juan ECNL program for my last year of club soccer has not only helped me grow as an individual and improve tremendously as a player, but it has given me the opportunity to gain an amazing group of friends I know I will have forever. And because of that, I would like to express my appreciation for Tony Perez, Zeca Neto, and Erin Sharpe for the never-failing support and encouragement they have given me, and the confidence and love for the game they have instilled in me. Last, but not least, I would like to give a special thank you to the most loving, supportive, #1 fans I know - my family. I am so blessed to have parents that are willing to go to the ends of the earth in order to help me achieve my dreams. And thank you Nana for always having water, snacks, and a first-aid kit ready for me before practices and games. I would not be the person I am today without you guys. I cannot wait to move on to the next chapter in my life & represent San Juan Soccer Club at Harvard University!
Go Spirits & go Crimson!!
