I am excited to announce my commitment to play Division 1 soccer for Sacramento State. I would like to thank my family, especially my parents, Carrie, Chris and Michele for always believing in me to achieve my dream of playing at the next level and spending all those hours driving and flying to watch me play. Also, thanks to my siblings, Carson and Kennedy, for pushing me to be a better soccer player and person every day. Thank you to my friends and teammates for always supporting me to reach for my goals and beyond. Special thanks to Preston Moll for all the extra training we have done together to help me to get to this point. Thank you to the Fraser family for continuing to help me become a better person and player every day on and off the field and Dineen for always reminding me to “tuck in my strings”.
Thank you to San Juan Soccer Club for helping me achieve my dream and for giving me an environment to grow for the past 9 years. Starting with Tom Boon on the 02 White Team, he taught me that with hard work, I would be able to play at any level. Thank you to all the coaches for always challenging me to do better and letting me know that there is always room for improvement. Thank you to coach Anthony Chimienti for helping me improve my work rate and teaching how to be a leader on and off the field. Thank you to Derek Evans for refining my skills as a center back and instilling a passion to win. Thank you to Matt Bernard for guiding me through the recruiting process and always being there for me.
Lastly, thank you to the Sacramento State coaches, Mike Linenberger, Matt McDougall and Pedro Lupercio for giving me this opportunity to continue playing soccer while attending Sacramento State.
Thank You, Everyone!
