I am excited to announce that I have verbally committed to play Division 1 soccer at California Baptist University. Through my knee surgery, I realized how much God is a huge part of my life and knew I wanted to play soccer at a Christian school. After many visits to the campus and talks with Coach St. Clair and Coach Taylor, I knew CBU was for me. Not only is the CBU soccer amazing, but it has the variety of majors that I am looking at, all wrapped up in a Christian atmosphere.
I would like to thank my parents for supporting me and trying their best to stay calm through this entire process. I would also like to thank all my past coaches who have shaped me, starting with my dad, then Derek Erbe, Nicolas Garcia, and Craig Huft. I would like to thank Coach Tony Perez for being so understanding and helpful these past few years. I would also like to thank Coach Erin Sharpe for believing in me and pushing me to be my best, and never failing to answer all my questions and checking up on me whenever I was hurt.
I am so thankful for San Juan because I would most definitely not be where I am without this soccer program; which trained me and pushed me to reach the next level.
It is truly an honor to call myself a Cal. Baptist University Lancer. I am looking forward to seeing what the future holds in college, Lance Up!!
