I  am incredibly happy to announce my commitment to CSU Chico State! Playing soccer at the collegiate level has been my dream since I started playing soccer. Attending Chico has also been a goal of mine. When I  visited the campus the first time, I  instantly knew Chico was where I wanted to go. I  loved how welcoming all of the coaches were as well as the players. I am extremely excited to further my athletic career under the coaching of Kim Sutton, I know she is going to push me and make me fall even more in love with the game. To begin,   I want to thank all the coaches who have helped me develop as a player and watch me grow as a person: Katie, Jimmy, Stephen, Curtis, Zeca, Erin, and Tony.  All of these coaches have believed in me from such a young age and pushed me to become the player I am today. I  would also like to thank my teammates. I have played for San Juan since I  was 10 and I cannot be more thankful for the friendships I have made along the way. The countless laughs, unforgettable trips, the hard losses, and the fantastic wins will never be forgotten. You guys are my teammates but you are also my best friends. Thank you for pushing me in practices and games and believing in me every step of the way. I  am so proud of all of you and cannot wait to see what the future holds for us. Lastly I  would like to thank my biggest supporters, my family. Thank you Sarah, for never complaining about being dragged along to all the soccer trips. I  can’t wait to see what the future holds for you. Thank you mom for being my number one fan no matter what and always being there for me every step of the way. Thank you dad for coming to every single practice rain or shine. Lastly I ’d like to thank my grandma and grandpa for coming to every single game, even the travel ones. Papa, I will never get tired of seeing you stand on the sidelines. I  can’t believe my time at San Juan is coming to an end but I  am so excited to see what my future holds. I can’t wait to make Chico my new home!!! Here’s to the next chapter of my life, GO WILDCATS!!
