Matt McDougal holds the Division I program record with 306 career saves and is second all-time with 10 career shutouts. In 2005, he earned all-MPSF first team honors after posting a career best 1.15 goals against average and leading the Hornets to a 9-7-2 record, the program’s best mark since 1992. 
This past summer, McDougall led the Stockton Pumas to the Premier Arena Soccer League’s Summer National Championship while earning tournament MVP honors.
McDougall has also played for the Sacramento Knights of the National Premier Soccer League and the California Cougars of the Major Indoor Soccer League during the past two years.
