The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Monday September 26, 2011

 at 6:30 pm at the Round Table Pizza on Madison and Greenback.

The following Board positions are up for election at the AGM:

• President 
• Secretary
• Registrar
• Communications Director

Candidates must submit their nomination in writing 15 days in advance of the AGM.  To date, all four current Board members have submitted their nomination to run for re-election:

• President - Joe Oddo
• Secretary - Lisa Burns
• Registrar - Rhonda Chambliss
• Communications Director - Gary Chellini

 An agenda for the AGM will be posted at least 5 days in advance of the AGM.
